摘　　要：呃逆,即膈肌痉挛,总由胃气上逆动膈而成,其病理性质寒、热、虚、实皆有。文章对贾斌教授运用运中除胀汤治疗呃逆经验进行总结。贾斌教授临证治疗呃逆,结合数十年经验,自拟运中除胀汤以疏肝理气、健胃醒脾、降逆止呕。同时注重配合嘱患者调情志、避风寒、慎起居的调护方法,常获佳效。Hiccup,or diaphragmatic spasm,is always formed by upward movement of the diaphragm by stomach qi,and its pathological nature is cold,hot,deficient and excess.This article summarizes Professor JiaBin s experience in treating hiccup with Yunzhong Chuzhang Decoction.Professor Jia Bin s treatment of hiccup,combined with decades of experience,in order to Yunzhong Chuanzhang Decoction to soothe the liver and regulate qi,strengthen the spleen and stomach,And prevent the upwelling stomach gas(food)from spitting out of mouth.At the same time,pay attention to the nursing methods of cooperating with the patients to regulate their emotions,avoid wind and cold,and be careful in daily life,which often obtain good results.
