摘 要:为得到管线附加变形的理论计算方法,建立了考虑管土脱空的双层弹簧弹性地基梁模型.基于所建模型分别推导了管土接触区与脱空区的荷载表达式,给出了管线变形控制微分方程的传递矩阵法求解步骤,利用有限元数值解验证了理论解的正确性.计算了管土相对刚度系数R与管线归一化弯矩和沉降的关系.开展离心模型试验对管土脱空行为进行观测,将试验数据与理论计算结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:本文方法计算得到的管线沉降和弯矩比当不考虑管土脱空时较小;R=1×10^(-4)可作为判断管土能否产生脱空的界限;在离心模型试验中,管线与下部土层相互作用力试验结果证实了管土脱空的存在,表明在管线变形计算中考虑管土脱空是有必要的.To obtain the theoretical method for calculating the additional deformation of pipeline,an elastic foundation beam model with double-layer springs considering the pipe-soil detachment was established.Based on the proposed model,the load functions of the pipe-soil contact area and the pipe-soil detached area were deduced,respectively.The procedure of transfer matrix method for solving the governing differential equation of pipeline deformation was given.The correctness of the theoretical solution was verified by finite element numerical solution.The relationships between the pipe-soil relative stiffness coefficient R and the normalized bending moment and settlement of the pipeline were calculated.Centrifugal model tests were carried out to observe the pipe-soil detachment behavior.The experimental data was compared with the theoretical calculation results.Results show that the settlement and bending moment of the pipeline calculated by the proposed method are less than that calculated without considering the pipe-soil detachment.R=1×10^(-4) can be used as a threshold to judge whether or not detachment between pipeline and soil happens.The centrifugal model test results of the interaction force between pipeline and the underlying soil show that the detachment between pipeline and soil does exist,indicating the necessity of considering the pipe-soil detachment in calculation of pipeline deformation.
