摘　　要：在中国,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的规范化诊治面临诸多挑战,现有的传统医疗模式难以满足OSA巨大的诊疗与慢病管理需求。近年来,互联网医疗在OSA的诊治及管理的临床实践中逐渐获得应用,研究提示其有效性和患者依从性不劣于传统医疗方式。应用互联网医学平台对OSA进行规范化诊治,需建立完善的云端设备、用户端设备以及相应的软件支持体系,通过多模式的三级架构形式,形成"用户端-云端服务器-医学中心"三位一体的实时互动交流模式。专家组从医务人员培训、诊治设备、操作规范、睡眠医学中心建设、伦理与隐私保护等多方面制定质量控制标准,期待为互联网医疗在OSA的临床应用提供医学质量保障。强调互联网医疗在OSA临床应用时需要强化和重视网络安全,云服务器及运行软件需要采用本国设备及在国内运行。In China,the standardized management for obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)faces many challenges because the huge demand of diagnosis,treatment and chronic disease management for OSA is difficult to satisfy in the current traditional medical system.In recent years,Internet-based medical service has gradually been used in the clinical practice of OSA.Many studies showed that Internet-based medical service was not inferior to traditional medical service in effectiveness and patient compliance.It is necessary to be equipped with a cloud server,client devices and the supporting software in the whole-process management for OSA using Internet-based medical service.Through a multi-mode three-level framework,the aim is to achieve a real-time interactive trinity of clients-cloud server-medical centers.In terms of medical staff training,diagnosis and treatment equipment,operational norms,construction of sleep medicine centers and privacy protection,the several standardized managements in Internet-based medical service of OSA were formulated by the expert group to provide medical guidance for clinical practice.In addition,it is emphasized the importance of network security.The cloud server and the running software should be provided by domestic enterprises,and the whole-process management and the running must be within the territory of China's Mainland.
