摘　　要：化学胶结固壁技术有利于解决易破碎地层的井壁稳定难题。在高性能水基钻井液中引入有机硅固壁剂可有效提高龙马溪等页岩的抗压强度,且对水基钻井液流变性和滤失量基本无影响。2%~5%的有机硅固壁剂S2对烷基糖苷衍生物APD加量、老化温度和钻井液密度等敏感性较弱,与高性能水基钻井液配伍性良好,由此可以拓宽高性能水基钻井液的适用范围。Chemical cementation and wall consolidation technology is conducive to solve the problem of well-bore stability in fragile formations.Adding organosilicon wall fixing agent into high-performance water-based drilling fluid can effectively improve the compressive strength of Longmaxi shale and other shale.It has no impact on the rheology and filtration of water-based drilling fluid.Wall fixing agent S2 with 2%-5%Silicone has weak sensitivity to alkyl glycoside derivative(APD)dosage,aging temperature and drilling fluid density,and has good compatibility with high-performance water-based drilling fluid,which widens the application range of high-performance water-based drilling fluid.
