摘 要:为了建立一种超高效液相色谱法快速测定复合助剂中单独组分含量的方法,采用超高效液相色谱仪对四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)及硬脂酸钙为原料复配而成的助剂进行含量分析。结果表明:在流速0.3 mL/min、柱温40℃、进样量1μL时,超高效液相色谱法测定抗氧剂含量的相对标准偏差不超过1%,有助于抗氧剂质量分数的测定。超高效液相色谱法操作简便,分析速度快,可作为其组分含量控制的依据,进一步提升产品品质。A method was established to determine the content of compound additives by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(U-HPLC).The contents of Pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)(antioxidant 1010),tris(2.4 di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate(antioxidant 168)and calcium stearate were analyzed by ultra U-HPLC.Results showed that when the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the column temperature was 40℃and the injection volume was 1μL,the relative standard deviation of antioxidant content was less than 1%.Test method was helpful for the determination of antioxidant content.U-HPLC is easy to operate and fast to analyze,and it can be used as the basis of quality fraction control to further improve quality of products.
