摘 要:针对FAST促动器群的可靠性问题,提出群系统和群系统可靠性概念,建立以权重值为核心要义的群系统可靠性数学模型。结合FAST,讨论促动器群系统权重值的实际意义,提出促动器权重值及其可用度的计算方法。依据模型,以促动器前期运行和维护数据为基础,计算促动器群系统在2019年3月至8月期间的平均可靠度为0.997 85。通过群系统可靠性理论模型,分析得到了群系统可靠性增长的原理:提高子系统平均无故障工作时间(Mean time between failures,MTBF),降低子系统平均故障修复时间(Mean time to repair,MTTR)。结合工程实际,提出促动器群系统可靠性增长方案:通过先进行多次局部可靠性增长设计和试验,最后集中一两次整体纠正设计和试验的最优性价比可靠性增长过程,以提高促动器MTBF;同时,开发基于故障预测与健康管理(Prognostic and health management,PHM)技术的智能故障诊断与预测系统,将促动器维护模式从被动式事后维护变为主动式状态维护,以降低促动器MTTR。群系统和群系统可靠性理论的建立为FAST促动器群系统可靠性分析与可靠性增长研究提供了理论支撑,为其他类似群系统可靠性相关研究提供参考。To solve the problem of reliability of actuator group system for FAST,the concepts of the group system and the reliability of group system is defined.And the mathematical model of the reliability for group system is built based on the weighted value theory.The engineering significance of the weighted value of actuator is expounded.The computational method of the weighted value and availability of actuator is proposed.The reliability of actuator group system of FAST from March to August 2019 is calculated quantitatively,and calculation result is 0.997 85.According to the reliability model of group system,the reliability growth method of group system can be got:increased the mean time between failures(MTBF) of the subsystem and reduced the mean time to repair(MTTR)of the subsystem.The solution of reliability growth of actuator group system for FAST is designed.To increase the MTBF of actuator,the optimal cost-performance reliability growth scheme is planned:the part reliability growth can be designed and tested before the whole reliability growth design and test.To reduce the MTTR of actuator,the intelligent fault diagnosis and prediction system that base on technology of PHM is proposed,so that the maintenance mode of FAST actuator changed from passive to active.Both the problem of reliability and reliability growth of actuator group system of FAST are solved by the theory of the reliability of group system.Meanwhile,it can be used as the reference for similar research of reliability of group system.
