摘 要:针对爆炸冲击波与高速破片对车辆的联合毁伤问题,采用光滑粒子流体动力学算法模拟榴弹在土壤中爆炸产生爆炸冲击波与破片联合作用下车辆底部结构的响应。进行爆炸冲击钢板试验,分别采用传统的任意拉格朗日欧拉算法和SPH算法分析在爆炸冲击下钢板的动能、内能和破坏形态,并验证SPH算法的可行性;采用SPH算法对榴弹在车辆底部爆炸进行数值仿真,分析榴弹形成自然破片的过程、破片速度分布以及车辆底部防护结构的冲击响应。仿真结果表明,浅埋榴弹爆炸产生的冲击波先于破片作用于车底结构,冲击波作用效果为结构大变形,破片作用效果为结构局部破坏,并且SPH算法可应用于爆炸冲击波与破片联合作用下车底结构响应的研究,为车辆防护结构设计提供参考。Aiming at the combined damage of the explosion shock wave and high speed fragments to the vehicle,the smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)algorithm was used to simulate the response of the bottom structure of the vehicle under the combined action of the explosion shock wave and the fragments generated by the explosion of a high explosive projectiles in the soil.Taking the explosion impact steel plate test bench as the research object,the traditional Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)algorithm and the SPH algorithm were used to analyze the kinetic energy,internal energy and failure form of the steel plate under the explosion impact.The comparison with the experiment verified the feasibility of the SPH algorithm;the SPH algorithm was used to simulate the explosion of high explosive projectiles at the bottom of the vehicle,and the process of the formation of natural fragments from the high explosive projectile,the fragment velocity distribution and the impact response of the vehicle bottom protection structure were analyzed.The simulation results show that the shock wave generated by the explosion of shallow-buried high explosive projectiles acts on the underbody structure before the fragments,the effect of the shock wave is large deformation of the structure,and the effect of fragments is the partial damage of the structure,and the SPH algorithm can be applied to the combined effect of the explosion shock wave and the fragments.The research on the response of the undercarriage structure provides a reference for the design of vehicle protection structure.
