摘 要:以爆炸冲击试验台架为研究对象,引入结构化任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法(S-ALE)模拟爆炸冲击波,对爆炸冲击作用下试验台架的动态响应进行数值模拟分析。采用传统的任意拉格朗日-欧拉算法(ALE)建立分析模型,比较这2种算法的仿真结果,并与实爆试验结果进行对比。结果表明:S-ALE算法在模拟爆炸冲击过程中避免了爆炸冲击波的渗漏,并且计算时间比ALE算法更短。S-ALE算法计算结果与试验结果更接近,计算精度更高。An explosion impact test bench was regarded as the research object.The structured arbitrary Lagrangian-Euler algorithm(S-ALE)was introduced to simulate the explosion shock wave,and the dynamic response of the test bench under the impact of the explosion was simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the traditional arbitrary Lagrangian-Euler algorithm(ALE)was used to establish an analysis model,and the simulation results of the two algorithms were compared and compared with the actual explosion test results.The results show that the S-ALE algorithm avoids the leakage of the explosion shock wave in the process of simulating the explosion impact,and the calculation time is shorter than that of the ALE algorithm.Compared with the test results,the calculation results of the S-ALE algorithm are closer to the test results,and the calculation accuracy is higher.
