摘  要:开展了ZrCuAlNi合金在高纯氩气氛围下的Taylor撞击断裂行为研究,借助高速摄像以及扫描电镜记录试件的断裂行为。ZrCuAlNi非晶合金由低速撞击下的单条主剪切带断裂到高速下撞击的多条剪切带断裂的转变,通过对回收剩余试件的断口观察到多种断裂形貌,证明其受力复杂,而且断面温度明显升高。ZrCuAlNi内生非晶复合材料以轴向裂纹的传播,在多条裂纹的相互作用下导致材料破碎,断裂形貌呈现河流状解理断裂形貌。通过AUTODYN软件对ZrCuAlNi非晶合金在Taylor撞击实验中的损伤及扩展进行仿真分析,发现与实验结果一致性较好。Taylor impact fracture behavior of ZrCuAlNi alloy in high purity argon was studied experimentally and numerically.The fracture behavior of specimens were studied by means of high-speed video and scanning electron microscope.The fracture behavior of ZrCuAlNi metallic glass changed from single main shear band under low speed impact to multiple shear bands under high speed impact.The complex stress on ZrCuAlNi metallic glass lead to a variety of fracture morphologies,and the dynamic temperature rise promoted the softening effect of the materials.The main reason for fracture of In-situ ZrCuAlNi metallic glass composites was the propagation of axial crack and the interaction of multiple cracks.The morphology of cleavage fracture showed river pattern.The damage formation and expansion of ZrCuAlNi metallic glass in Taylor impact experiment were simulated by AUTODYN software,and the results were found to be consistent with the experimental results.
