摘　　要：针对目前冲击波生物效应试验中不易直接获取生物体表面冲击波压力数据的问题,提出并设计了一种可穿戴式的多通道多重触发式的冲击波存储测试系统。该系统采用微型传感器进行多路循环采集同时结合多重触发技术以满足冲击波测试中试验动物多部位压力信号采集的需求,对系统进行了小型化设计提高了仪器安装的简易性。在靶场进行了山羊损伤效应试验,测试系统成功获取了连续炮击时试验羊在冲击波作用下多个部位的多组压力曲线。试验结果证明测试系统稳定性、实用性良好,能为炮口冲击波生物效应试验提供准确、可靠的数据。Aiming at the problem that it is not easy to directly obtain the shock wave pressure data of the biological body surface in the current shock wave biological effect test,a wearable multi-channel multi-trigger shock wave storage test system was proposed and designed.The system used micro-sensors for multi-channel cyclic acquisition and combined with multiple trigger technology to meet the needs of multi-part pressure signal acquisition of experimental animals in shock wave testing.The system was miniaturized to improve the ease of installation of the instrument.In the shooting range,a goat was used as a test animal to conduct a biological damage effect test.The test system successfully obtained multiple sets of pressure curves of multiple parts of the test sheep under the action of shock waves during continuous shelling.The test results prove that the test system has good stability and practicability,and can provide accurate and reliable data for the muzzle shock wave biological effect test.
