摘  要:为获得操作简单、性能稳定的温度响应荧光变色材料,本文采用简单易操作的溶液共混法构建了CDCA/十六醇(HD)温度响应变色荧光染料体系,并将其应用于棉织物的浸渍染色.利用HD的相态变化,将香豆素的衍生物CDCA加入其中:固态时,HD羟基间的氢键、烷基链间的范德华力能够驱动自身形成规则晶体,使得CDCA以非分散的状态存在;液态时HD间作用力减弱,CDCA以分散状态存在.实验结果表明,共混液冷却至HD相变温度(52°C)以下为固态时,在600 nm附近有橙色的宽荧光发射带;而加热至相变温度点以上为液态时,在490 nm附近处有蓝色的窄荧光发射带.预处理棉织物浸入熔融态的染料体系后,呈现出高对比度、可逆(90次以上循环)、明显的可见荧光变化(>100 nm).In order to obtain a temperature-responsive fluorescent color changing material with simple operation and stable performance, a simple and easy-to-operate solution blending method was used to construct the CDCA/hexadecanol(HD) temperature-responsive fluorescent dye system, which was applied to cotton fabric by dipping. Taking advantage of the phase change of HD, a derivative of coumarin(CDCA) was added to it. In the solid state of HD, the hydrogen bonding between the hydroxyl groups and the van der Waals force between the alkyl chains of HD drove the formation of regular crystals, thus forcing CDCA to go into a non-dispersive state. In the liquid state, the interactions between HD were weakened, and CDCA existed in a dispersive state. As a result, when the blend solution was cooled to a solid state below the HD phase transition temperature(52 °C), there was a broad-orange fluorescence emission band near the wavelength of 600 nm;when heated to a liquid state above the phase transition point, there was a narrow blue fluorescence emission band around 490 nm. Pretreated cotton fabrics exhibited high contrastive, reversible(more than 90 cycles),and obviously visible fluorescence changes(>100 nm) after immersion in the molten dye system.
