摘 要:目的通过测试健康青年人群踝关节屈伸等速肌力为踝关节的临床康复评估及训练提供依据;探讨不同运动参与水平的的健康青年踝关节屈伸肌肉力量的差异。方法利用BIODEX-S4 Pro多关节等速力量测试与训练系统对192名20~29岁健康青年进行踝关节屈伸肌群等速向心肌力测试。结果男女比较,踝关节屈伸肌群峰值力矩(peak torque,PT)以及峰值力矩/体重(peak torque/body weight,PT/BW)差异显著(P<0.05);不同性别、不同角速度测试下踝关节主动肌拮抗肌比率(peak torque ratio,PTR)相比较无显著性差异(P<0.05);不规律运动人群和不运动人群的PT以及PT/BW相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),规律运动人群踝关节屈伸肌力明显高于不运动以及不规律运动人群(P<0.05)。结论男性踝关节屈伸肌力量明显大于女性,但是主动肌拮抗肌比率基本相同;规律的有氧运动对提升踝关节屈伸肌群力量有显著作用。Objective To provide a basis for ankle rehabilitation by testing the isokinetic strength of flexor and extensor muscles among healthy young people.To explore the differences of ankle flexor and extensor muscles strength among healthy youth with different sports participation levels.Methods 192 healthy young adults aged from 20 to 29 were tested by the Biodex-S4 Pro multi-joint isokinetic strength test and training system for isokinetic muscle strength of ankle flexor and extensor.Results 1.There were significant differences in PT and PT/BW of ankle flexors and extensors between male and female(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the peak torque ratio(PTR)of female and male measured at different angular velocity(P<0.05).3.PT and PT/BW of irregular exercise group were same as those of inactive group(P>0.05),the ankle flexion and extension muscle strength of regular exercise group was significantly higher than that of inactive and irregular exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flexor and extensor muscle strength of male ankle joint is significantly greater than that of female,but the peak torque ratio is basically the same.Regular aerobic exercise has a significant effect on the strength of ankle flexor and extensor muscles.
