摘  要:基于SolidWorks软件建模功能及其Simulation模块仿真功能,采用符合轴向正态分布的压力函数模型,对带式输送机头部改向滚筒进行静力学仿真分析,研究滚筒筒体各处的应力情况,分析了环筋在改善筒体应力、减少筒体变形上的作用,同时通过对比筒皮内环筋位置对仿真结果的影响,为环筋位置的设计提出建议。Based on the modeling function of SolidWorks software and the simulation function of Simulation module,the pressure function model conforming to axial normal pressure was applied to conduct static simulation and analysis on the bend pulley at the head of the belt conveyor.The stress status at each part of the pulley drum was researched,and the role of the circumferential stiffener on improving the stress of the drum and reducing the displacement of the drum was analyzed.Moreover,the influence of the location of the circumferential stiffener inside the drum on the simulation results was compared,and the design in the location of the circumferential stiffener was recommended.
