煤矿地面筛分系统改造设计及研究

摘　　要：针对下沟煤矿地面筛分系统存在矿井产量逐年降低、动筛系统维护费用过高、跳汰系统出煤率低的问题,拆除2号动筛楼双层分级筛和跳汰机,去掉2号动筛楼系统;在1号动筛楼安装1台双层分级筛和1台强力筛分破碎机,介绍了两设备的选型、安装及优化措施,并对相关的漏斗和溜槽进行改造,完成筛分和破碎系统的搭接。系统改造后,在满足矿井正常生产的同时,简化了生产系统,节省了的设备检修维护费用,降低了人工成本。In the ground screening system of Xiagou Colliery,due to gradual yield decrease of the colliery,over-high maintenance cost of the moving screen system and low coal yield of the jigging system,the double-layer grading screen in No.2 moving screen building and the jig were demounted,and the No.2 moving screening building was removed,while one double-layer grading screen and one powerful screening crusher were added in No.1 moving screen building.The two added equipments were introduced about their model selection,installation and optimization measures,and relevant funnels and chutes were reconstructed to complete the connection of screening and crushing system.After the system reconstruction,on the premise of guaranteeing the normal production of the colliery,the production system was simplified,as well as both the equipment maintenance cost and the labor cost reduced.
