摘　　要：阐述上海地铁“互联网+地铁”模式下的实际应用状况,提出地铁的终端售检票设备优化配置、智能运维的优化方案,从而更好地提高上海地铁的公共服务能力。This paper expounds the practical application of Shanghai Metro under the "Internet + Metro" mode, and puts forward the optimization scheme of terminal fare collection equipment and intelligent operation and maintenance of metro, so as to better improve the public service capacity of Shanghai Metro.
