摘　　要：随着经济全球化和国际交往的发展,现代国际法正面临着现实的挑战,其价值取向也有所变化。现代国际法的价值取向是以保障全人类的共同利益为根本出发点,维护人类的共同利益和整体利益。各个国家应该在互相尊重的基础上进行交流与合作。当国家间出现利益和价值冲突时应当积极运用国际法,相互协商,解决矛盾,维护国际社会的稳定与和平。With the development of economic globalization and international exchanges, modern international law is facing realistic challenges, and the value orientation of modern international law has also changed.The value orientation of modern international law is to protect the common interests of all mankind as the fundamental starting point, and to safeguard the common interests and overall interests of mankind.Countries should conduct exchanges and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect.When there are conflicts of interests and values among countries, we should actively use international law, negotiate with each other, resolve conflicts, and maintain stability and peace in the international community.
