摘 要:镁是水稻生长发育不可或缺的营养元素,对提高水稻产量和品质具有重要作用。辽宁省是我国重要的水稻种植区,稻田土壤中镁的丰缺状况以及对水稻供应的能力鲜见报道。为了解辽宁省水稻种植区土壤和水稻植株镁素丰度状况、分布情况,探明土壤交换性镁与土壤物理化学因子的相关关系,本研究在辽北、辽中、辽南、辽东和东南沿海4个水稻种植区选取60个具有代表性的地块,并采集0~20cm和20~40cm土层土壤样本,测定土壤交换性镁和土壤基本理化指标(pH值、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量)。同时,采集水稻茎叶、籽粒样本,测定茎叶和籽粒中镁的含量。研究结果表明:辽宁省水稻种植区土壤交换性镁平均含量高达520.4mg·kg^(-1),其中辽南地区土壤交换性镁平均含量显著高于辽中、辽北以及辽东和东南沿海地区。辽宁省水稻种植区水稻茎叶镁平均含量为0.227%,其中辽南、辽东和东南沿海地区水稻茎叶中镁的平均含量均显著高于辽北和辽中地区。水稻籽粒镁平均含量为0.030%,4个水稻种植区水稻籽粒镁平均含量没有显著差异。0~20cm和20~40cm土层土壤交换性镁与对应土层中速效钾呈显著正相关,与土壤碱解氮呈极显著负相关,20~40cm土层土壤交换性镁与pH值呈显著正相关,与水稻茎叶镁呈极显著正相关。总体来看,辽宁省水稻种植区大部分土壤镁含量较高,处于丰富水平。建议在镁含量较低的土壤上,通过土壤施用镁肥或者叶面喷施镁肥的方式,为水稻补充镁素营养。研究结果可为辽宁省水稻种植区合理施用镁肥提供理论依据。Magnesium is an indispensable element for the growth and development of rice,and it plays an important role in improving the yield and quality of rice.Liaoning Province is an important rice growing region in China,however the concentrations of magnesium in paddy soil and its availability to rice were rarely reported.The purpose of the study is to understand the abundance and distribution of magnesium in soil and rice in the rice-growing areas of Liaoning Province,and to explore the interaction between soil exchangeable magnesium and soil environmental factors.In this study,60 representative sites were selected from four rice-growing areas in the northern,central,southern,eastern Liaoning and the southeast coast.Samples of 0-20cm and 20-40cm soil layers were collected.Soil exchangeable magnesium and basic soil physical and chemical indicators(pH,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium)were measured.At the same time,samples of rice stems,leaves and grains were collected to measure the magnesium concentrations.The results of the study showed that the average concentration of soil exchangeable magnesium in rice planting areas in Liaoning Province was as high as 520.4mg·kg^(-1).The average concentration of soil exchangeable magnesium in southern Liaoning was significantly higher than that in other areas.The average magnesium concentration of rice stems and leaves in the rice-growing areas of Liaoning Province was 0.227%.The average magnesium concentrations of rice stems and leaves in southern Liaoning,eastern Liaoning and southeast coastal areas were significantly higher than that in northern and central Liaoning.The average concentration of magnesium in grains was 0.030%,and there was no significant difference for the average concentrations of magnesium in rice grains among the four areas.Soil exchangeable magnesium in the 0-20cm and 20-40cm soil layers was significantly positively correlated with the available potassium in the corresponding soil layers,and was extremely significant
