摘 要:核电站无损检测和状态监测对保障核电站安全稳定运行具有重要意义,在役的不同类型的传感器也在发挥着其独特的作用。在基于新型传感技术的背景下,对核电站的无损检测、状态监测和传感系统优化方法进行全面综述。研究并阐述常规超声、相控阵超声、激光超声和电磁超声等主流的超声检测诸多方法的同时,也对其他检测无损检测手段进行对比分析。论述和总结基于光纤传感的新型核电站状态监测方法,并讨论不同光纤材料在状态参数测量中的适用性。调研和概括大规模复杂核电站传感系统的优化和状态监测方法以及传感器的状态监测后端所涉及的信息分析手段,并依据当今的先进工业互联网和人工智能技术对核电站的无损检测和状态监测未来发展给出设想。Non-destructive testing and condition monitoring of nuclear power plants using different sensors are of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants. Based on the background of new sensor technology, a comprehensive review of non-destructive testing, condition monitoring and sensor system optimization methods for nuclear power plants is provided.While studying many methods of mainstream ultrasonic testing, a comparative analysis of other nondestructive testing methods is also conducted. In addition, a new nuclear power plant condition monitoring method based on fiber optic sensing is summarized, and the applicability of different fiber optic materials in the measurement of state parameters is discussed. Moreover, the optimization and condition monitoring methods of large-scale complex nuclear power plant sensing systems are analyzed. Finally, the development of advanced industrial Internet and artificial intelligence technology on the non-destructive testing and condition monitoring of nuclear power plants are considered, and expectations for future development are given.
