摘 要:过滤-旋流耦合分离装置作为一种新型分离设备,将旋流分离与过滤相结合,既充分地发挥传统水力旋流器的快速、高效、旋转涡流运动等优点,又通过深度过滤而提高传统水力旋流器的分离精度。从其各种形式的结构特点和工作原理的不同出发,阐述一些具有代表性和实用性的内置式、外置式、壁面过滤式分离器的研究成果。分别针对入口、旋流腔、溢流管、锥段、底流管、过滤材料等部分的结构参数,以及从针对入口流量、压力降和压降比、固体颗粒特性、流体特性、分流比/底流率、增压方式等操作工况和介质条件的研究现状出发,重点讨论分析过滤-旋流耦合分离装置的结构参数和操作工况在非均相介质分离中的影响情况,并展望将过滤-旋流耦合分离与其他分离工艺相结合,研发新型分离技术与设备将成为过滤-旋流耦合分离技术的潜在研究方向。As a new emerging separation equipment, the filter-cyclone coupling separation device combines cyclone separation with filtration, which not only sufficiently exerted play to the advantages of the traditional hydrocyclone such as rapid, high-efficiency, and swirling vortex motion, but also enhances the separation accuracy of the traditional hydrocyclone with the deep filtering separation.The research results of some representative and practical built-in, external and wall-filtered separators are described from the differences of their various forms of structural characteristics and operating principles. Respectively Starting from the current research status on the structural parameters of the inlet, cyclone cavity, overflow pipe, cone section, underflow pipe, and filter material, etc., as well as on the operating conditions and media conditions such as inlet flow rate, pressure drop and pressure drop ratio, solid particle characteristics, fluid characteristics, split ratio/underflow rate, and booster mode, etc., are discussed and analyzed, focusing on the structural parameters and operating conditions of the filter-cyclone coupling separation device in the non-homogeneous media.Combining filtration-cyclone coupling separation with other separation processes, the development of new separation technologies and equipment will become the potential research direction of filtration-cyclone coupling separation technology.
