摘　　要：建设全国统一大市场应坚持立破并举.重点是顺应和推动由以物为本向以人为本的转变。统一大市场的“大”是天然的,在“复杂性”“异质性”中趋向“统一”,在“个体性”“无边际”中成为一个“共同体”。回归“相对衡量”是全国统一大市场建设的关鍵提升点,应聚焦产权、资本、知识、规模等关鍵变量,看清问题实质,把准关鍵主体,找准“立”与“破”的突破口和发力点;应立足内化维护成本,巩固“立”与“破”的成果,打造面向现代化、面向未来、面向世界的统一大市场。To build a unified national market,it is necessary to hold on to the principle of phasing out the old and bringing in the new,the focus of which is to adapt to and promote the transition from material orientation to people orientation.In this naturally big market,complexity and heterogeneity are unified,and a community is formed in individuality and boundlessness.Returning to the"relative measurement"is the crucial improvement point in the construotion process.By foousing on eritical variables such as property righta,capital,knowledgc,and acale,we will recognize the essence of problems,identify vital subjects,and find the breakthrough and driving points for phasing out the old and bringing in the new;by internalizing the maintenance costs and consolidating the achievements of"phasing out"and"bringing in",we will build a unified grand market oriented toward modernization,the future,and the world.
