摘　　要：随着大数据、人工智能、区块链及以5G为代表的移动网络技术的创新应用,以数字化信息为关键生产要素的数字经济蓬勃发展,催生了新型商业模式和经济范式。在算网融合时代,网络为计算服务,价值在于释放算力,运营商依托自身网络优势,针对数字化时代的业务新需求,通过智能网络构建泛在算力服务新模式。文章结合算力网络发展趋势、算网资源调度以及服务编排等形式,探讨运营商在算网时代能够给予用户可能的服务方式和业务模式。With the innovative applying of big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain chain and mobile network technologies represented by 5G,the digital economy with digital information as the key factor of production is booming,which gives birth to new business models and economic paradigms.In the era of cloud and network convergence,network provides services for computing and its value lies in releasing computing power.Relying on their own network advantages,operators build new models of ubiquitous computing power service through intelligent network to satisfy the new business needs in the digital era.Combined with the development trend of cloud and network convergence,computing power and network resource scheduling and service orchestration,this paper discusses the possible service modes and business models that operators may provide to users.
