江门市某拆船厂工人职业病查体心电图分析

摘　　要：目的分析拆船厂工人职业病查体心电图状况。方法回顾性分析2019年3月—2020年12月来我院体检的某拆船厂工人108例和行政后勤人员108例,分别将其划入观察组与对照组,各研究对象均在安静状态下接受心电图检查,对比分析工作环境噪声测定结果、心电图异常率、工龄与心电图异常率的关系。结果观察组8 h等效连续A升级测定噪声轻度平均值、空气中氧化锰浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心电图异常率为37.04%,高于对照组的9.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工龄<10年、10~19年、20~29年、≥30年的工人其心电图异常率分别为30.77%、36.00%、37.04%、43.33%,高于对照组的7.69%、7.69%、11.11%、11.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于行政后勤工作人员,拆船厂工人的心电图检查异常率明显更高,其原因可能与长时间接触噪声和锰尘等有关,建议进一步优化工人工作环境,并做好个人防护,降低职业病发病率。Objective To analyze the ECG status of occupational diseases among Shipbreaking workers.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 108 cases of workers and 108 cases of administrative and logistics personnel of a shipyard who came to our hospital for physical examination from March 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group respectively.The results of noise measurement,ECG abnormality rate,length of service and ECG abnormality rate were compared and analyzed.Results The mild mean value of noise and the concentration of manganese oxide in air in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 8 h continuous A upgrade,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal ecg rate of the observation group was 37.04%,which was higher than that of the control group(9.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the abnormal rates of electrocardiogram were 30.77%,36.00%,37.04% and 43.33% in workers with working years<10 years,10-19 years,20-29 years and≥30 years,respectively,which were higher than those of control group(7.69%,7.69%,11.11%,11.11%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the administrative logistics staff,the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram examination of shipyard workers is significantly higher,which may be related to the long-term exposure to noise and manganese dust,etc.It is suggested to further optimize the working environment of workers and do a good job of personal protection to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
