基于JCI标准的神经外科重症监护病房质量管理体系的建立

摘　　要：目的研究基于国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations,JCI)标准的神经外科重症监护病房质量管理体系的建立。方法本院于2019年7月在神经外科重症监护病房质量管理时采取JCI标准,随机抽取2019年1—6月实施前的49例神经外科重症监护病房患者为对照组,2019年7—12月实施后的49例神经外科重症监护病房患者为研究组。对比临床价值。结果实施前导管相关性感染率为16.33%,实施后感染率为2.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前呼吸机相关性肺炎感染率为24.49%,实施后感染率为4.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比检查合格率,研究组较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前,患者满意度评分为(60.22±5.69)分,实施后,患者满意度评分为(82.14±5.43)分,实施后更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立神经外科重症监护病房质量管理体系时采取JCI标准,能够降低院内感染率,提高患者满意度,保障护理质量,具有高临床价值。Objective To study the establishment of quality management system in neurosurgical intensive care unit based on Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations(JCI)standard.Methods In July 2019,the hospital adopted JCI standard in the quality management of neurosurgical intensive care unit.A total of 49 patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit before implementation from January to June 2019 were randomly selected as the control group,and 49 patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit after implementation from July to December 2019 were selected as the study group.Compared clinical value.Results The catheter associated infection rate was 16.33%before implementation,2.04%after implementation(P<0.05);the infection rate of ventilatorassociated pneumonia was 24.49%before implementation,and 4.08%after implementation(P<0.05).Compared with the qualified rate,the study group was better with significant difference(P<0.05).Before implementation,the patient satisfaction score was(60.22±5.69)points,after implementation,the patient satisfaction score was(82.14±5.43)points,which was better after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion JCI standards are adopted when establishing the quality management system of neurosurgery intensive care units,which can reduce the hospital infection rate,improve patient satisfaction and ensure the quality of care,and has high clinical value.
