腹腔镜下疝气修补术手术室护理配合分析

摘　　要：目的对手术室护理配合应用于腹腔镜下疝气修补术中的效果进行分析,并采用随机数字表法总结护理体会。方法样本选取2020年1月—2021年1月在我科接受腹腔镜下疝气修补术治疗的腹股沟疝患者,共计102例,并采用随机数字表法分为参照组(采纳常规护理)和观察组(采纳手术室护理配合)各51例,对比两组的护理效果。结果就围手术期指标(术中出血量、手术时间、术后下床活动时间以及住院时间)而言,观察组患者均明显优于参照组(t=8.137、9.544、7.584、9.114,P<0.01);就并发症情况来看,观察组的发生率为7.84%,明显低于参照组的29.41%(χ^(2)=14.251,P=0.000);就护理满意度而言,观察组患者为96.08%,明显高于参照组患者的72.55%(χ^(2)=10.030,P<0.01)。结论手术室护理配合应用于腹腔镜下疝气修补术中的效果满意,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing cooperation in laparoscopic hernia repair,and summarize the nursing experience.Methods A total of 102 cases of inguinal hernia patients receiving laparoscopic hernia repair treatment in our department from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,and divided into the reference group(receiving routine nursing care)and the observation group(receiving operating room nursing cooperation)by random number table method,51 cases in each group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of perioperative indexes,including intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative activity time out of bed and hospitalization time,there was statistical significance(t=8.137,9.544,7.584,9.114,P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.84%,significantly lower than that in the control group(29.41%),there was statistical significance(χ^(2)=14.251,P=0.000).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 96.08%,significantly higher than the reference group(72.55%),which was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.030,P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of operating room nursing cooperation in laparoscopic hernia repair is satisfactory and worthy of reference.
