临床护理路径对精神分裂症患者的临床护理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者采用临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)的效果。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月厦门市仙岳医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组予常规护理,试验组予CNP护理。比较两组护士用住院患者观察量表(nurses’observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptom scale,PANSS)评分、护理质量和护理满意度。结果两组NOSIE评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理质量评分低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理总满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CNP护理运用在精神分裂症患者中效果显著,能减轻症状、改善病情,还能提高护理质量,增加患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 cases of schizophrenic patients in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from October 2019to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given CNP nursing.Nurses in the two groups were compared with the scores of nurses’Observation Scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Results There was a significant difference in nosie score between the two groups(P<0.05);PANSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing quality score of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of CNP nursing in patients with schizophrenia is significant,which can reduce symptoms,improve the condition,improve the quality of nursing,increase patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
