预见性护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究预见性护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者护理中的效果及满意度。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月收治的60例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者,通过电脑抽签分组法分为两组,30例患者采用常规护理,30例患者采用预见性护理,观察两组不同护理措施后的住院时间与卧床时间、护理满意度、心律失常发生率、生活质量评分。结果观察组卧床时间为(2.36±0.66)d,住院时间为(10.3±2.11)d,护理满意度为100%,心律失常发生率为0,生活质量评分情绪功能为(88.3±5.13)分,生理功能为(90.6±5.46)分,社会功能为(94.2±5.74)分,观察组的护理效果与护理满意度、心律失常发生率及生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者采用预见性护理,能够有效改善术后的生活质量,降低并发症的发生率,促进疾病康复。Objective To study the effect and satisfaction of predictive nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia admitted from March 2018to April 2019 were divided into two groups by computer lottery.30patients received conventional nursing,30 patients received predictive nursing.The length of stay and bed time,nursing satisfaction,incidence of arrhythmia,quality of life score after different nursing measures were observed in the two groups.Results In the observation group,the bed time was(2.36±0.66)d,the hospital stay was(10.3±2.11)d,the nursing satisfaction was 100%,the incidence of arrhythmia was 0,the quality of life score was(88.3±5.13)points,the physiological function was(90.6±5.46)points,and the social function was(94.2±5.74)points.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,incidence of arrhythmia and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia can effectively improve postoperative quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote disease recovery.
