摘　　要：目的研究主动脉夹层介入手术开展快速康复的效果。方法选取2017年11月—2020年11月医院收治的70例主动脉夹层介入手术患者。经计算机数表法分为探析组(n=35)及对照组(n=35)。为对照组患者实施常规护理,探析组患者在常规护理基础上开展快速康复。比对分析两组患者心理状态、手术相关指标、护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果探析组干预后抑郁自评量表(selfrating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、术前等待时间、手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);探析组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);探析组患者护理满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主动脉夹层介入手术患者开展快速康复能使患者保持良好的心理状态,提升护理质量水平及护理满意度,缩短患者的手术治疗时间,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation of aortic dissection by interventional surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with aortic dissection interventional surgery in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected.Routine nursing was carried out for patients in the control group,and rapid rehabilitation was carried out for patients in the analysis group on the basis of routine nursing.Psychological state,surgical indicators,nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results SDS,SAS scores,preoperative waiting time,operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation for patients undergoing aortic dissection interventional surgery can keep patients in good psychological state,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and shorten the surgical treatment time of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
