摘  要:以天然岩沥青BRA作为特殊的改性剂,采用BRA中的灰分分别取代0%、25%、50%、75%、100%的矿粉,分别制备BRA改性的沥青胶浆BVM和BSVM,通过接触角、热重分析和红外光谱试验,从宏观和微观角度研究BRA对沥青胶浆改性机理及其性能。结果表明:BRA掺入后提升了沥青胶浆的水稳定性,当灰分取代矿粉比例为100%时,BVM和BSVM与蒸馏水的接触角分别为89.7°、96.3°;BVM和BSVM的质量损失主要发生在300~500℃温度区域内,700℃以后TG曲线趋于平坦,DTG曲线在450℃左右达到峰值,质量损失率最大,BRA的掺入使沥青胶浆的热稳定性和耐老化性能得到提高;BRA对基质及SBS沥青胶浆的改性仅为物理共混的过程。BRA was used as a special modifier,using the ash in BRA to replace 0%,25%,50%,75%,and 100% of mineral powder,respectively,to prepare BRA modified asphalt mastic BVM and BSVM.The modification mechanism and properties of BRA on asphalt mastic were studied from the macro and micro perspectives by contact angle,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrum.The results show that the water stability of asphalt mastic is improved after the addition of BRA.The contact angles between BVM and BSVM and distilled water are 89.7°and 96.3°respectively,when the proportion of ash replacing mineral powd er is 100%.The mass loss of BVM and BSVM mainly occurs in the temperature range of 300℃~500℃.TG curve tends to be flat after 700℃.DTG curve reaches the peak at about 450℃,and the mass loss rate is the largest.The addition of BRA improves the thermal stability and aging resistance of asphalt mastic.The modification of virgin and SBS asphalt mastic by BRA is only a process of physical blending.
