摘　　要：针对传统景观建筑涂料质感差的问题,以E2-606乳液等为原材料,通过分散、清漆、造粒等步骤,制备出多质感的景观用涂料,并通过渗色、黏度等性能进行评价。试验结果表明:复配乳液比例在1∶1时,得到的彩粒呈现丝状,且边界清晰;采用羟基树脂和固化剂与保护胶协同包裹的造粒方式,可减少渗色,同时减少造粒损失;高浓度保护胶掺量在3%~4%时,得到的彩粒呈片状和条状,且软硬程度适宜;骨粒掺量为50%,得到的造粒质感强,且容易施工。由此可以得到多彩景观建筑涂料的最佳配比。In view of the poor quality of traditional landscape architectural coatings,the E2-606 emulsion and other raw materials are used as raw materials.Through the dispersing,lacquer and granulating steps,the multi texture landscape coatings are prepared.The results showed that when the color granules of the compound emulsion were 1∶1,the color grains were filamentous and the boundaries were clear.The granulation method of CO wrapping hydroxyl resin,curing agent and protective glue can reduce color infiltration and granulation loss at the same time.When the content of high concentration protective adhesive is 3%~4%,the color particles are in flake and strip shape,and the degree of soft and hard is appropriate.When the content of bone particles is 50%,the granulation texture is strong and easy to construct.Thus,the best proportion of colorful landscape architectural coatings can be obtained.
