壳聚糖止血材料在妇产科护理中的生物相溶性和安全性

摘　　要：研究壳聚糖止血材料在妇产科护理中的生物相溶性和安全性。试验分为壳聚糖止血材料组、常规性手术纱布组,每组各50例,统计两组患者的手术成功情况、临床疗效、手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度、舒适度、生存质量。结果表明:壳聚糖止血材料组患者的手术成功率98.00%高于常规性手术纱布组80.00%(P<0.05),总有效率94.00%高于常规性手术纱布组72.00%(P<0.05),手术时间短于常规性手术纱布组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于常规性手术纱布组(P<0.05),止血时间、术后住院时间均短于常规性手术纱布组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率4.00%低于常规性手术纱布组24.00%(P<0.05),护理满意度98.00%高于常规性手术纱布组72.00%(P<0.05),舒适度96.00%高于常规性手术纱布组70.00%(P<0.05);躯体功能、生活状态、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于常规性手术纱布组(P<0.05)。To study the biocompatibility and safety of chitosan hemostatic material in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.The experiment was divided into chitosan hemostatic material group and routine surgical gauze group,with 50 cases in each group.The operation success,clinical efficacy,operation related indexes,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,comfort and quality of life of the two groups were counted.The results showed that the operation success rate of chitosan hemostatic material group was 98.00% higher than that of routine operation gauz e group(80.00%)(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 94.00% higher than that of routine operation gauze group(72.00%)(P<0.05),the operation time was shorter than that of routine operation gauze group(P<0.05),the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of routine operation gauze group(P<0.05),the hemostatic time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than that of routine operation gauze group(P<0.05),The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.00% lower than 24.00% in the routine operation gauze group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction was 98.00% higher than 72.00% in the routine operation gauz e group(P<0.05),and the comfort was 96.00% higher than 70.00% in the routine operation gauze group(P<0.05);The scores of physical function,living state,social function and psychological function were higher than those in routine surgical gauze group(P<0.05).
