摘　　要：目的:腰椎布鲁氏菌感染比较少见,容易误诊,通过病例分析总结腰椎布鲁氏菌病的治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年1月云南省第一人民医院腰椎布鲁氏菌病的病例资料。结果:共11例患者纳入研究,所有患者均接受药物治疗和手术治疗,患者术前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(6.00±0.77)分,末次随访VAS评分为(0.64±0.50)分;术前腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分为(37.64±6.90)分,末次随访ODI评分为(13.73±4.05)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎布鲁氏菌病通过药物治疗和手术治疗可以获得良好的治疗效果。Objective:The lumbar Brucella infection is relatively rare and easy to be misdiagnosed.The treatment experience of lumbar brucellosis is summarized through case analysis.Methods:The case data of lumbar brucellosis in the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2015 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:A total of 11 patients were included in the study.All patients received drug therapy and surgery.The preoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score was(6.00±0.77)points,and the last follow-up VAS score was(0.64±0.50)points;The preoperative lumbar Oswestry disability index(ODI)score was(37.64±6.90)points,and the final follow-up ODI score was(13.73±4.05)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lumbar brucellosis can achieve good therapeutic effect through drug therapy and surgical treatment.
