摘　　要：本文在开展实地调研和座谈交流的基础上,分析了河南省水产技术推广体系建设情况、水产绿色健康养殖技术推广“五大行动”开展情况、取得的成效经验和存在问题,提出相应的对策建议,为渔业主管部门决策提供科学依据。On the basis of field investigation,discussion and exchange,this paper analyzes the construction of aquatic technology promotion system in our province,the implementation of the"five actions"of aquatic green and healthy aquaculture technology promotion,the achievements,experience,existing problems and relevant countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of fishery authorities.
