摘　　要：目的了解2020年中国1-14岁儿童水痘减毒活疫苗(Varicella attenuated live vaccine,VarV)接种率。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,在中国120个国家级疾病监测点选择1-14岁儿童开展问卷调查,分析1剂次和2剂次VarV接种率。结果共纳入22121名1-14岁儿童,儿童1剂次和2剂次VarV接种率分别为52.72%和11.43%。1-4岁、5-9岁和10-14岁儿童1剂次接种率分别为54.94%、56.31%和45.07%,2剂次接种率分别为6.75%、19.31%和8.62%;城市和农村地区1剂次接种率分别为64.65%和38.34%,2剂次接种率分别为15.63%和6.36%;东部、中部和西部地区1剂次接种率分别为69.59%、56.55%和33.82%,2剂次接种率分别为20.09%、8.56%和5.45%。结论中国1-14岁儿童VarV接种率特别是2剂次接种率较低,且存在地区和城乡差异。建议制定全国VarV接种指南或使用指导原则,进一步提高适龄儿童VarV接种率。Objective To determine coverage levels of varicella attenuated live vaccine(VarV) among 1-14-year-old children in China in 2020.Methods We used a multi-stage cluster random sampling method to select 1-14-year-old children in 120 national disease surveillance settings in China for a questionnaire-based survey to determine one-dose and two-dose VarV coverage levels.Results A total of 22 121 children, aged 1-14 years, were enrolled. Coverage for one dose and two doses of VarV were 52.72% and 11.43%, respectively. Coverage levels among 1-4-, 5-9-, and 10-14-year-olds for one dose were 54.94%, 56.31%, and 45.07%;coverage levels for two doses were 6.75%, 19.31%, and 8.62%. Coverage levels in urban and rural areas for one dose were 64.65% and 38.34%, and for two doses were 15.63% and 6.36%. Coverage levels in eastern, central, and western areas for one dose were 69.59%, 56.55%, and 33.82%, and for two doses were 20.09%, 8.56%, and 5.45%.Conclusions VarV coverage was low among 1-14-year-old children in China, especially two-dose coverage. We suggest developing national guidelines for varicella vaccination to increase VarV coverage among age-eligible children.
