摘　　要：目的 分析山东省淄博市医院就诊的带状疱疹(Herpes zoster, HZ)病例临床特征。方法 通过淄博市公共卫生综合信息平台收集淄博市23家医院2019年1月-2021年9月就诊的HZ病例,描述性分析临床特征。结果 共纳入调查医院就诊HZ病例14 819例,其中0-19岁、20-39岁、40-59岁、60-79岁、≥80岁分别占3.36%、19.87%、37.59%、33.49%、5.70%。2019年、2020年、2021年月平均报告病例数分别为364例、417例、605例。在所有HZ病例中并发症病例、住院病例比例分别为24.97%、7.29%,在≥60岁病例中分别为26.92%、11.67%。结论 淄博市医院就诊HZ病例数呈逐年上升趋势,以≥40岁病例为主,老年病例更加严重。建议适龄人群尽早接种HZ疫苗。Objective To analyze clinical features of herpes zoster(HZ) cases seen in hospitals of Zibo city, Shandong province.Methods We obtained clinical data on HZ cases evaluated in any of 23 hospitals of Zibo from January 2019 to September 2021 from the Zibo Public Health Information Platform and conducted a descriptive analysis of clinical features.Results A total of 14 819 HZ cases were included;0-19-, 20-39-, 40-59-, 60-79-, and ≥80-year-olds accounted for 3.36%, 19.87%, 37.59%, 33.49%, and 5.70% of all HZ cases, respectively. Averages of 364, 417, and 605 cases were reported monthly in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Complicated and hospitalized cases accounted for 24.97% and 7.29% of all HZ cases and 26.92% and 11.67% of ≥60-year-old cases.Conclusions HZ cases evaluated in hospitals increased over time in Zibo with most cases occurring among individuals 40 years of age and older, and elderly cases being most serious. We suggest early HZ vaccination for age-eligible populations.
