摘 要:目的建立和完善国家免疫规划信息系统,实现疫苗流通和预防接种全过程电子化管理。方法采用java bs架构和spring-boot+hibernate+redis架构,使用TiDB集群数据库,实现国家免疫规划信息系统的快速部署和上线运行,评价系统运行效果。结果国家免疫规划信息系统于2019年12月建成并运行,且与32个省级免疫规划信息系统实现了对接;系统包括疫苗管理、预防接种管理、疑似预防接种异常反应监测、冷链监测等功能模块,实现了疫苗电子追溯、预防接种数据异地交换、大数据分析和展示等功能。2021年1月1日至2021年12月15日系统共接收26.24亿条疫苗接种记录,其中采集疫苗追溯码26.20亿剂次(99.84%);90%的数据统计报表和大数据并行计算的统计时间<5s,多维度实时查询个案的时间<1s。结论国家免疫规划信息系统实现了疫苗流通和预防接种全过程电子化管理,系统性能得到极大提高;但部分功能仍需进一步完善。Objective To establish a National Immunization Information System that implements end-to-end electronic management of vaccine circulation and vaccination.Methods We used “java bs” and “spring-boot+hibernate+redis” architectures to establish TiDB cluster databases to rapidly deploy an online implementation of the National Immunization Information System. We evaluated its implementation and effectiveness.Results The system was completed and implemented by December 2019 and was able to connect to all 32 provincial immunization information systems. Functions of the system included vaccine management, vaccination management, adverse events following immunization surveillance, and cold chain monitoring. Processes that were realized included electronic traceability of vaccines, remote exchanges of vaccination data, and statistical display of big data. From January 1, 2021 to December 15, 2021, the system received a total of 2.624 billion vaccination records;vaccine tracing codes were collected from 2.620 billion doses(99.84%) of vaccines;90% of data reporting forms and big data parallel computing procedures are completed within 5 seconds. Multi-dimensional real-time queries of individual records are completed within 1 second.Conclusions The National Immunization Information System implements end-to-end electronic management of vaccine circulation and vaccination with a high level of performance. Some functions need to be further improved.
