参苓白术散联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病(T2DM)肥胖患者的miR-146a、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)肥胖患者应用参苓白术散联合二甲双胍治疗对其血脂、miR-146a及胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月该院收治的80例T2DM肥胖患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,各40例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用参苓白术散治疗,对比两组GLP-1、IL-12、miR-146a及血脂水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗3个月、6个月GLP-1水平更高,IL-12水平更低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.864、16.948、2.441、6.194,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗3个月、6个月血清miR-146a水平更高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.947、8.122,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗6个月TG、TC及LDL-C水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.079、4.019、4.137,P<0.05)。结论T2DM肥胖患者应用参苓白术散联合二甲双胍治疗,可有效改善血脂水平,减轻机体炎症反应。Objective To study the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with metformin on blood lipids,miR-146a and glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 obese patients with T2DM admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects,and grouped according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.The levels of GLP-1,IL-12,miR-146a and blood lipids were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of GLP-1 and lower levels of IL-12 after 3 months and 6 months of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.864,16.948,2.441,6.194,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher serum miR-146a levels after 3 months and 6 months after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.947,8.122,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group after 6 months of treatment were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.079,4.019,4.137,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with metformin in T2DM obese patients can effectively improve blood lipid levels and reduce the body's inflammatory response.
