2型糖尿病患者血脂变化与其慢性血管并发症关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病患者血脂变化与其慢性血管并发症发生的关系。方法将2018年7月—2019年7月在该院就诊的60例2型糖尿病患者纳入观察组,根据是否合并慢性血管并发症设为单纯2型糖尿病组(32例)、伴有慢性血管并发症组(28例),同时将同期在该院进行体检的健康体检者30名设为对照组,比较各组的血糖、血脂指标。结果伴有慢性血管并发症组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)高于单纯2型糖尿病组,亦高于对照组,而HDL-C、ApoA1低于单纯2型糖尿病组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂代谢异常同2型糖尿病患者慢性血管并发症的发生存在密切关系,密切关注患者血脂变化可为防治糖尿病慢性血管并发症提供参考。Objective To study the relationship between blood lipid changes and the occurrence of chronic vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who visited the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were included in the observation group.The patients were divided into the simple type 2 diabetes group(32 cases)and the chronic vascular complications group(28 cases)according to whether they had chronic vascular complications or not.At the same time,30 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were set as the control group,and the blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of each group were compared.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in the chronic vascular complications group were higher than those in the simple type 2 diabetes group and also higher than those in the control group.However,HDL-C and ApoA1 were lower than those in the simple type 2 diabetes group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal blood lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence of chronic vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.Paying close attention to the changes of blood lipids in patients can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of chronic vascular complications of diabetes.
