甘精胰岛素、格列美脲、阿卡波糖片联合用于继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的深入分析甘精胰岛素、格列美脲、阿卡波糖片联合治疗用于继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,分为参照组和研究组,每组50例。研究组给予甘精胰岛素、格列美脲、阿卡波糖片联合治疗,参照组给予常规治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平高于参照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平情况低于参照组,干扰素Ⅱ型(IFN-γ)水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者行甘精胰岛素、格列美脲、阿卡波糖片联合治疗取得了更为理想的临床结局,此治疗方式适用于继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者,值得临床推广。Objective Depth analysis of the combined treatment of insulin glargine,glimepiride and acarbose tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary sulfonylurea failure.Methods 100 cases type 2 diabetic patients with secondary sulfonylurea failure who were admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Divided into the reference group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was given the combination therapy of insulin glargine,glimepiride and acarbose tablets.The control group was given conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)levels were lower than those of the reference group.The level of interferon type II(IFN-γ)was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of insulin glargine,glimepiride and acarbose in type 2 diabetic patients with secondary sulfonylurea failure can achieve better clinical outcomes.This treatment method is worth of clinical promotion of type 2 diabetes patients with secondary sulfonylurea failure.
