香苏六君汤合丹参饮治疗脾虚痰瘀型2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫

摘　　要：目的探究香苏六君汤合丹参饮治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发脾虚痰瘀型糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床效果。方法采用随机数表法将2018年6月—2020年6月在该院接受治疗的76例T2DM并发(脾虚痰瘀型)DGP患者分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用香苏六君汤合丹参饮。比较治疗前和治疗3个月后两组患者DGP症状、中医症候积分、血清因子、胃电图参数水平。结果治疗3个月后较治疗前,两组患者PAGI-SYM量表、GSCI量表、中医症候积分及血清GAS、PGⅡ水平均有下降,且观察组低于对照组;两组患者血清PGⅠ水平、胃电图各参数水平均有上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香苏六君汤合丹参饮能够缓解T2DM并发(脾虚痰瘀型)DGP症状,能够改善DGP症状,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiangsu Liujun Decoction and Danshen Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis type diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods A random number table method was used to divide 76 patients with T2DM complicated with DGP(spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis type)who received treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 into an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Xiangsu Liujun Decoction and Danshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of DGP symptoms,TCM symptom scores,serum factors,and electrogastric parameters were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the PAGI-SYM scale,GSCI scale,TCM symptom score and serum GAS and PGⅡlevels in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The level of serum PGⅠand the levels of various parameters of gastrogram in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsu Liujun Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction can relieve the symptoms of DGP complicated by T2DM(spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis type),and can improve the symptoms of DGP,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
