马来酸罗格列酮对2型糖尿病治疗的药学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者治疗中马来酸罗格列酮的临床价值及药学分析。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据系统抽样法分为对照组(接受二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(马来酸罗格列酮+二甲双胍治疗),各42例。比较两组治疗结果:血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛素抵抗指数、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后糖脂代谢指标较治疗前明显改善,且观察组较对照组FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C水平更低,HDL-C水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HOMA-IR、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用马来酸罗格列酮于2型糖尿病患者治疗中,对改善血糖指标、胰岛功能发挥显著价值,同时有利于调节机体炎症因子水平,实现理想的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical value and pharmacological analysis of rosiglitazone maleate in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,84 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the systematic sampling method,they were divided into the control group(receiving metformin treatment)and the observation group(rosiglitazone maleate+metformin treatment),with 42 cases in each group.The treatment results were compared between the two groups:blood glucose index,blood lipid index,insulin resistance index,inflammatory factor level,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The glycemic and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C levels was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HOMA-IR,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of rosiglitazone maleate in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus plays a significant role in improving blood glucose indexes and pancreatic islet function.At the same time,it is beneficial to regulate the level of inflammatory factors in the body and achieve ideal therapeutic effects.
