摘　　要：对于糖尿病脑病(diabetic encephalopathy,DE),其是糖尿病十分严重的并发症,在糖尿病病程中各种致病因素均可引起中枢神经系统的病变,使大脑在结构、神经生理等方面发生改变,从而引起患者的学习记忆和认知功能的下降,严重者可发展为痴呆。目前临床上没有DE统一的诊断标准,其发病机制和治疗方法也在探索之中,故治疗效果不佳。该文从糖尿病脑病的发病机制、诊断和治疗等方面阐述糖尿病脑病的最新研究进展,以期为糖尿病脑病的诊治提供帮助。Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is a serious complication of diabetes.In the course of diabetes,various pathogenic factors can cause lesions of the central nervous system,which can change the structure and neurophysiology of the brain.As a result,the patient's learning,memory and cognitive function decline,and severe cases can develop into dementia.At present,there is no unified diagnostic standard for DE in clinical practice,and its pathogenesis and treatment methods are also being explored,so the treatment effect is not good.This article expounds the latest research progress of diabetic encephalopathy from the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of diabetic encephalopathy,in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic encephalopathy.
