摘　　要：根据我国国内汽车车桥用无缝钢管市场的需求,针对汽车半挂车轴用无缝钢管要求和某厂的情况,展开了对SAE1527汽车车桥用无缝钢管的成分设计和生产工艺等方面的研究。分别对热轧态下、普通处理和调质处理的汽车车桥用无缝钢管进行了屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度等力学性能进行检测。实验结果表明,所生产的钢管满足市场对用无缝钢管要求。According to the demand of China's domestic automotive axle seamless steel pipe market,in view of the requirements of seamless steel pipe for automotive semi-trailer axles and the situation of a factory,the research on the composition design and production process of SAE1527 seamless steel pipe for automotive axles was carried out.The mechanical properties such as yield strength,tensile strength and hardness of seamless steel pipes for automotive axles under hot rolling,ordinary treatment,quenching and tempering treatment were tested.Experimental results show that the steel pipe produced meets the market requirements for seamless steel pipe.
