摘 要:采用连铸轻压下技术来分析不同压下量以及冷却时间对铸坯内部的缩孔疏松的影响,以达到提高铸坯内部质量的目的。采用实验室高温热态试验模拟和酸浸的方法研究了铸坯在凝固至120 s和150 s时分别压下1,2,3和4 mm时的凝固组织变化规律;在冷却时间为120 s时,随着压下量的增大,中心部位孔隙的面积逐渐减少,柱状晶区域所占比例在不断减少,铸坯的性能得到改善;在冷却时间为150 s时,中心部位孔隙的面积逐渐减少,柱状晶情况则相反。采用X射线计算机断层扫描(XCT)研究了铸坯在不同压下工艺参数下的微观孔隙率和微裂纹等分布特征,证明在轻压下作用下,铸坯内部的缩孔率下降,缩孔总体积降低,缩孔数量减少。Soft reduction technology is used to analyze the influence of different reduction amount and cooling time on the shrinkage porosity in the slab,so as to improve the internal quality of the slab.By means of laboratory high temperature hot state test simulation and acid leaching,the changes of solidification structure when the billet is reduction by 1,2,3 and 4 mm respectively at 120 s and 150 s were studied;When the cooling time is 120 s,with the increase of reduction,the area of pores in the center decreases gradually,the proportion of columnar crystal area decreases continuously,and the properties of billet are improved;When the cooling time is 150 s,the area of pores in the center decreases gradually,while that of columnar crystals are the opposite.The distribution characteristics of micro porosity and micro cracks of slab with different reduction process parameters were studied by X-ray computed tomography(XCT).It was proved that under the action of soft reduction,the shrinkage rate in slab decreased,the total volume of shrinkage cavity decreased and the number of shrinkage cavity decreased.
