α-干扰素栓联合微波治疗对尖锐湿疣患者炎症相关细胞因子水平、性生活质量的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究α-干扰素栓联合微波治疗对尖锐湿疣患者炎症相关细胞因子水平、性生活质量的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的女性尖锐湿疣患者86例,随机分为对照组(微波治疗,43例)和观察组(α-干扰素栓联合微波治疗,43例),观察临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床疗效(97.67%)高于对照组(83.72%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P=0.026<0.05);观察组性生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及白细胞介素-1(IL-1)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率(2.33%)低于对照组(18.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分均比对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对女性尖锐湿疣患者,通过α-干扰素栓联合微波治疗,能够提高临床疗效,降低炎症因子水平与复发率,提高性生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical value of Alpha-interferon thrombolysis and microwave therapy on inflammatory cytokine levels and sexual quality of life in condyloma acuminata.Methods 86 female condyloma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(microwave therapy,43 cases)and observation group(Alpha-interferon plugs combined with microwave therapy,43 cases)to observe the clinical treatment effect.Results The clinical effect(97.67%)was higher than the control group(83.72%),and the difference was statisticaliy significant(χ^(2)=4.962,P=0.026<0.05).Observation group QOL was higher than control groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hypersensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),and interleukin-1(IL-1)were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate(2.33%)was lower than the control group(18.60%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores were lower than in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For female patients with condyloma acuminatum it can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate,and improve the sexual quality of life,which is worth promoting.
