摘　　要：目的:调查喹硫平在精神专科超说明书用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:调查新乡医学院第二附属医院2019年6月至2020年6月所有出院患者中使用喹硫平的病例,根据超说明书循证评价规范对超说明书用药进行分析。结果:纳入研究合计2748例,54.37%的病例使用喹硫平存在超说明书用药,其中94.65%属于超适应证用药,且仅16.80%的超适应证具有循证医学支持,超适应证用药中抑郁症居于首位,其次为器质性精神障碍。结论:大部分喹硫平超说明书用药尚缺乏循证医学证据支持,临床超说明书使用需充分开展获益风险评估,监护不良反应,保障患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE To promote clinicalrational drug use by investigating the off-label use of quetiapine in a psychiatric hospital.METHODS All the discharged patients treated with quetiapine in a psychiatric hospitalfrom June 2019 to June 2020 were investigated,and the off-label use of quetiapinewas analyzed according to the evidence-based evaluation norms for off-label use.RESULTS A total of 2748 quetiapine users were included.The overall off-label prescribing rate was 54.37%,and among them,94.65%belonged to over-indication medication,and only 16.80%of them were supported by evidence-based medicine.Among the over-indication medication,depression ranked the first followed by organic mental disorders.CONCLUSION Most of the off-label use of quetiapine still needs more evidence-based medical evidence,and the off-label use requires full benefit and risk assessment and adverse reactionmonitoring toguarantee patients’medication safety.
