降尿酸药物对高尿酸血症合并多系统并发症的影响研究进展

摘　　要：高尿酸血症是由体内尿酸生成过多或肾脏排泄障碍造成的尿酸在血液中积聚。长期高尿酸血症与肾功能损伤、代谢性疾病、心血管疾病等多种并发症的诱发风险及不良预后相关。降尿酸治疗是控制高尿酸血症及其并发症的必要手段,然而不同降尿酸药物对于不同并发症的预后有差异。本文对高尿酸血症相关并发症以及当前降尿酸药物对并发症的影响作一综述,以期为高尿酸血症患者在合并其他并发症时的降尿酸药物选择上提供安全有效的用药依据。Hyperuricemia is the disease of uric acid accumulation in blood caused by urate over production or excrete dysfunction.Long-term chronic hyperuricemia is the risk for incidence and poor prognosis of multiple complications such as kidney injury,metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Urate-lowering agents treatment is the essential strategy to control the development of hyperuricemia and its associated systematic complications.Different urate-lowering agents showed differences in prognosis of multiple complications.This paper aimed to review the hyperuricemia associated complications and the influence of current urate-lowering agents,so as to provide safe and valid information for the drug selection of hyperuricemia patients with different complications.
