有机磷中毒患者心搏骤停复苏后的护理

摘　　要：报告1例有机磷中毒患者发生心搏骤停的护理体会。针对在抢救过程中突发心搏骤停的有机磷中毒患者,应注意把握时机,及时采取体外膜肺氧合和连续性肾脏替代疗法联合治疗;在院际转运过程中注意医院之间、医护之间的密切配合,保证转运安全;治疗过程中确保管路的运行和妥善固定,做好抗凝护理,减少及控制相关并发症的发生。该患者经过及时、高效的救治与护理,5 d后成功撤机,住院15 d后转上级医院继续治疗。To report the nursing experience of a patient with organophosphorus poisoning after cardiac arrest resuscitation.For the patient with organophosphorus poisoning who have sudden cardiac arrest during the rescue process,we should grasp the opportunity and adopt the combined treatment of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)and continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in time.In the process of interhospital transfer,attention should be paid to the close cooperation between hospitals and between doctors and nurses to ensure the safety of the transfer.During the treatment process,nurses should ensure the operation and proper fixation of the pipeline,and do anticoagulation care to reduce and control the occurrence of related complications.After timely and efficient treatment and care,the patient was successfully weaned from the machine after 5 days.After 15 days of hospitalization,the patient was transferred to a higher-level hospital for further treatment.
