超高龄肺栓塞极高危患者行人工股骨头置换术的护理

摘　　要：总结1例超高龄肺栓塞极高危患者行人工股骨头置换术的护理体会。针对患者无明显肺血栓症状、基础疾病多,术前准备时间短的情况,采取了一系列措施,包括多学科联合诊疗方案的制订、肺栓塞的评估与干预、多模式镇痛效果的观察、术后营养支持及早期康复的开展。经过23 d的治疗及护理,患者病情稳定出院。出院后随访4个月,患者状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of artificial femoral head replacement in a super elderly patient with intertrochanteric fracture complicated with pulmonary embolism.For the patient had no obvious symptoms of pulmonary embolism,several basic diseases,and short time for preoperative preparation,we have taken a series of measures,including planning a multidisciplinary diagnosis and nursing scheme,evaluating and intervening the pulmonary embolism,observing the multimodal analgesic effect,postoperative nutritional support and early rehabilitation.After 23 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged.The patient was followed up for 4 months after discharge and recovered well.
