摘  要:总结1例鸡啄伤导致产气荚膜杆菌感染患者的护理体会。护理要点;针对患者伤口感染、液体容量平衡、后期康复等问题,采取早发现、早报告、早处理和持续监测措施;针对性创面护理;目标导向性连续肾脏替代治疗护理;康复管理等措施。经过28 d的治疗及护理,患者病情稳定出院。出院后随访3个月,患者状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a case of Clostridium perfnngens infection caused by pecking injury of chicken.In terms of wound infection,fluid volume balance and rehabilitation,early detection,early reporting,early treatment and continuous monitoring should be carried out;and targeted wound care,goal-directed continuous renal replacement therapy nursing and rehabilitation management and other measures were also implemented.After 28 days of treatment and nursing,the patienfs condition was stable and discharged.The patient was followed up for 3 months after discharge and the condition was good.
