摘　　要：目的探讨环氧合酶-2(Cox-2)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在生育期和绝经期子宫内膜息肉患者中的表达。方法选取2019年7月至2020年11广西壮族自治区防城港市第一人民医院收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照是否处于绝经期分为生育组(40例)与绝经组(40例),2组患者均接受经宫腔镜采集子宫内膜息肉组织,采用免疫组织化学法对2组患者子宫内膜息肉进行检测。比较2组Cox-2、ER.PR表达差异。结果生育期和绝经期患者子宫内膜息肉组织中Cox-2 ER、PR的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),子宫内膜息肉患者分期(生育期/绝经期)与组织中Cox-2、PR表达与呈负相关(P<0.05),与ER表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论绝经期会加重Cox-2、ER、PR异常表达,与子宫内膜息肉发生和发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)in reproductive and menopausal patients with endometrial polyps.Methods Eighty patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the Fangchenggang First Municipal People”s Hospital,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region between July 2019 and November 2020 were included as the subjects in the study.All patients were divided into reproductive group and menopausal group(n=40 each)according to whether they were in menopause or not.Both groups received endometrial polyp tissue collection through hysteroscopy.Im-munohistochemistry was used to examine the endometrial polyps in the two groups.The differences in the expres-sion levels of COX-2,ER and PR were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically signif-cant diferences in the expression levels of COX-2,ER and PR in endometrial polyps between reproductive and menopausal patients(P<0.05).The stage of endometrial polyps(reproductive/menopausal)was negatively correlat-ed with the expression of COX-2 and PR(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the expression of ER(P<0.05).Conclusion Menopause may aggravate the abnormal expression of C0X-2,ER and PR,which is related to the occurrence and development of endometrial polyps.
